HELLO. Just came back on this side of tumblr. I am sorry about my unexplained absence, but I shall take a break over Christmas, and come back to you fresh as a daisy in the new year :) Happy hols all!
So, its finally happening! After a false start these excellent lads and ladettes are to grace the stage of the Vault. Supporting on this fine night is MC ARES / SIMPLE COMPLEXITIES / DJ Ndorse / TWISTED LOGIC SYNDROME / KEIDELESSÂ
Come say hi to me :)
Friday 25 November / The Vault (Booragoon) / tickets $10 (available from Moshtix or the door) / doors open 6.30
Californian quintet All Shall Perish are set to hit up YMCA HQ for a loud and dynamic performance, with Sydney band Resist The Thought supporting.
Monday November 28, YMCA HQ, doors open at 6pm, tickets $30 from Moshtix.
Those fine folks at the City of Wanneroo are holding a free concert as a part of their Beach To Bush Festival series. Although there’s already been lots going on within the community, probably the best part for us music freaks is what’s going down on the 19th. We have Evermore headlining, and Boys Boys Boys! warming the stage up. You are advised to turn up early to get your place in the crowd.
Saturday November 19, Wanneroo Showgrounds, and it’s FREEEEEEEEEE. Music starts up at 7pm.

This man is, to spout a cliche, is indeed an Aussie legend, as frontman of band You am I and solo artist. He’s been around a bit, and apparently has a formidable stage presence. And in the wonderful surrounds of the Quarry Amphitheatre, what’s not to love? You need to have a guardian with you for this event however.
Tuesday December 13, Quarry Amphitheatre (in City Beach), tickets start at a rather amiable $60 odd dollars, climbing up to $78 for you diehards.
One of those smashing HQ gigs, with many of the usual suspects.
We have Iron Mind headlining, and Refrain / Ruthless / No Regrets / Hindsight supporting.
Saturday November 12, YMCA HQ, not finding much more info, perhaps there’s something on Facebook?

is now on the 4th of February next year.
Very Perth :)
And I have learnt that this is Homebound (facebook/homeboundband) Very, very cool kids :)
Check out local up and coming Perth metal bands at this awesome gig. We have The Fall of Man / Misery Dilation / Defiance / Reflections of Ruin and another band to be announced playing for your aural pleasure.
Sunday November 13, YMCA HQ, doors open 1pm, tickets $5 at the door.
Perth Wheel (by Keegsmeister)
Remember this ol’ thing?
Another HQ gig. This one features the lively local talents of Hooks4Hands / Know Your Knot / The Main Attraction / Emberville / Mr Chance (apparently this guy is pretty exciting. go find out for me why xD)
Friday November 11, YMCA HQ, doors open at 6pm, tickets $5 each
Unfortunately there is sparse information to be found on what sounds like an awesome event. Organised by the Cockburn YAC, there is a wide range of entertainment available on the day, including airbrush and henna tattoos, bucking bull, an inflatable climbing wall, and a horizontal bungee run. We also have a selection of local music for sampling, with Matt Gresham, Hey Hurricane and Sleep Freak. Perhaps someone else can find more info? Short of calling the guy, I have no idea.
Sunday November 6, Manning Park in Hamilton Hill, starts at 12, and its FREE
TOMORROW. QUICK. GO.
We have many bands on for this one, including Surroundings / Genocidal / Temporal / Reflections of Ruin / It All Ends Here / Afraid of Heights. Prizes for best costume.
Saturday October 29, YMCA HQ, doors open 6pm, tickets $10 at the door
